Storage: Store Capacryl PU-Satin in a cool, frost-free place. The product has a shelf life of 24 months when kept in the original tightly closed container.

Suitable Substrates: Capacryl PU-Satin is suitable for primed, dimensionally stable wood component parts, primed metals, and unplastizised/rigid PVC. Ensure the substrate is clean, sound/stable, dry, and free from any substances that may hinder adhesion. The maximum permissible moisture/humidity content in dimensionally stable wood is 13%.

Method of Application: Capacryl PU-Satin can be applied using a brush, roller, or spraying equipment. Before use, thoroughly stir the product and dilute if necessary, with a maximum of 5-15% tap (potable) water for an intermediate coat. Orelmix brushes are recommended for brush application.

For manual application on large surfaces, use a textured, short pile polyamide (nylon) roller, and immediately treat the surface with a fine-porous foam roller or Orelmix brush for an even finish. Adjust the tool sizes to match the surface area for a fast and efficient application.

Tool Cleaning: Clean your tools immediately after use with water to maintain their performance and longevity.
