Dulux Trade Super Grip Primer is a water-based single pack primer formulated to provide good adhesion for subsequent coats of paint when applied to difficult substrates. Typical substrates include ceramic tiles, melamine, glass, anodised aluminium, aged gloss paint, stove enamel and powder-coated metal. When using Dulux Trade Super Grip Primer over melamine or powder-coated metal, light abrading of the surface is recommended before the application of primer. This product is recommended for both interior or exterior use. Coverage, up to 18m² per litre on smooth surfaces of average porosity, re-coatable in 4-6 hours dependent upon temperature and humidity. The normal finishing process is to apply one coat of Dulux Trade Super Grip Primer, followed by the appropriate Dulux Trade Solvent-based finishing system. Cleaning up after use, remove as much paint as possible from brushes or rollers before cleaning with clean water. Do not use or store in extremes of temperature and protect from frost.
