Dulux Trade Weathershield Quick Dry Exterior Satin Tinted Colours 2.5 Litres is a water-based paint designed for exterior wood surfaces. It offers a mid-sheen finish and forms part of a comprehensive system developed to provide long-lasting protection. When applied correctly, this paint system can protect surfaces for up to six years. It also contains a fungicide to prevent mould growth on the paint film, helping to keep the surface clean for longer.

Application Guidelines

For best results, apply with a brush. Do not spray. Ensure thorough stirring before use. Follow these steps for application:

• Apply one coat of the appropriate coloured Weathershield Quick Dry Exterior Undercoat to all primed wood.
• Apply a second coat of the undercoat for uniform coverage.
• Finish with one coat of Weathershield Quick Dry Exterior Satin. Two coats may be needed for strong colour changes.
• Allow a minimum of 2 hours before overcoating the undercoat.

Drying Times

• Touch dry in 1-2 hours.
• Recoat in 2-4 hours.

Cleaning and Maintenance

After use, remove as much paint as possible from brushes before cleaning with water. This ensures the longevity of your brushes and helps maintain a tidy workspace.
