Yes! we have numerous stores throughout the North West, Yorkshire and the Midlands. Find your nearest store

How much is delivery?

Next day delivery is free to the UK on orders over £50. Orders under £50, standard delivery is £5.95, other delivery options are available at checkout.

Do you offer free returns?

Yes, in the event of damaged/faulty goods, incorrect/missing items. Orders incorrectly ordered by the customer may be subject to a restocking fee – find out more

There is a problem with my order

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will provide appropriate solutions and actions.

If you have collected your order in store and something isn’t right, please visit or contact the store for assistance.

When will I receive my order confirmation email?

Soon after you place your order, we will send you an order confirmation email. If you don’t receive a confirmation, please contact us.

I'm ordering numerous items can I get a discount?

We have great bulk buy discounts available on many products, if you are in the trade and regularly ordering contact us to set up a trade account.

Can you colour match and tint paints?

Yes, our stores have the facility to tint and colour match paints, find your nearest store

The item I want is out of stock, when will it be back in?

Our lead times vary dependent on brand, if you contact us with the specific product you require we will update you on availability.

Can I amend my order?
