DEROS Edge Protector
The Edge Protector for Mirka DEROS 150mm / 6’’ is a simple accessory that can be attached to the machine to prolong the lifetime of the backing pad due to the pad not being in contact with materials.
Using the Edge Protector when sanding into corners and edges, the backing pad doesn’t scratch or damage adjacent surfaces. The Edge Protector is designed to fit around the backing pad of the Mirka DEROS, to protect the pad and any perpendicular wall at the same time. This makes it possible to sand even closer to corners and edges, for a more relaxed sanding experience and an even better finish quality, and with a longer lifespan of the sander backing pad.
The new Edge Protector simply clips on the Mirka DEROS, around the backing pad. It is available for the 150mm / 6-inch model of the DEROS
