- Product Application: All Surfaces must be Clean and Free from Dust, Dirt, Oil and Contamination. Remove Oils/Resins from Oily Hardwoods and Resinous Softwoods. Treat New Wood with a Wood Preservative to Remove All Traces of Fungus and Mould. Ensure Pretreatment is Compatible and Completely Dry, Before Application. Joints, End Grain and Glazing Beads must be Completely Sealed. Water Penetration into the Timber will Produce Unsightly Water Staining and Promote Fungal Growth Beneath the Clear Varnish. Ensure the Product is Well Mixed But Do Not Shake. Using a Synthetic Varnish Brush, Apply Evenly Using Light Brush Strokes, Following the Grain of the Wood. Keep a Wet Edge and Avoid Overlaps. Apply 3 Coats, Sanding Lightly in Between to Obtain the Best Finish. Instructions in the Technical Data Sheet must be Followed
