Zinsser AllCoat solvent base white paint adheres to all surfaces without sanding and is ideal for new plaster and other surfaces with up to 12.5 pH. AllCoat is highly durable and washable with a very low odour and is a Non-yellowing finish. Touch dry in 1 hour, sand and re-coatable in 2 hours, hard dry in 7 days.
