Surface Preparation

Before painting, ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from dirt, grease, or loose material. Remove any mould or algae with a suitable cleaner. For new or bare surfaces, apply a thinned coat of Dulux Trade Weathershield Smooth Masonry Paint (up to 1 part water to 5 parts paint). For previously painted surfaces in good condition, light sanding and cleaning may suffice.

Application

Stir the paint thoroughly before use. Apply two full coats of Dulux Trade Weathershield Smooth Masonry Paint with a brush, roller, or spray, allowing 2-4 hours drying time between coats. For best results, apply in dry conditions and avoid painting in extreme temperatures or when rain is forecast. The product offers shower resistance within 30 minutes after application.
