Sandtex® Trade Quick Dry WB Stabilising Solution is an exceptional water-based stabiliser specifically designed for exterior masonry surfaces and exterior grade building boards. This clear, highly-penetrative solution primes and stabilises weathered and porous surfaces with ease, requiring just one coat. With quick drying properties, it prepares the substrate swiftly, providing a solid foundation for masonry paint application.

Sandtex® Trade Quick Dry WB Stabilising Solution boasts an advanced formulation that deeply penetrates the substrate's surface, effectively priming and binding loose, powdery, and porous areas. This creates an ideal base for the subsequent application of masonry paint.

Rapid Drying Formula. Within just one hour, this quick-drying stabilising solution achieves touch dryness, allowing for paint application after only four hours. Its user-friendly nature ensures easy application, requiring just one coat to establish a sturdy and stable surface.

Versatile Application. Sandtex® Trade Quick Dry WB Stabilising Solution is suitable for a wide range of exterior masonry walls and surfaces, including rendering, roughcast, pebbledash, brickwork, and exterior grade building boards.

Preparation: Before application, ensure that all surfaces are clean, dry, and free from any substances that may hinder adhesion. Rectify any structural faults, particularly those susceptible to moisture penetration. Minor defects can be repaired using Sandtex Trade Exterior Easiplast or Sandtex Trade Ready Mixed Filler. For new or pre-prepared surfaces, remove loose and flaking material by scraping or brushing with a stiff bristle brush (not wire) until reaching a solid base. Address organic growth by applying Sandtex Trade Fungicide according to the manufacturer's instructions. Application: Sandtex Trade Quick Dry WB Stabilising Solution is ready to use and should not be thinned or mixed with other decorating materials. Apply one generous coat using a brush. Additionally, refrain from application when the relative humidity exceeds 80% during the application or drying period.
