Shellac Sanding Sealer is for sealing bare timber, including MDF, prior to french polishing or waxing, pale coloured solution of bleached shellac and grain filler, dispersed in a fast drying methylated spirits. Shake bottle well, apply by brush or a cloth. Allow to dry between coats and lightly abrade the surface with finest grade wire wool. The final coat can be applied 50% Methylated Spirits, 50% Sanding Sealer. Can be over coated with other shellac finishes or for with a finishing wax. Apply in a warm dry atmosphere and allow at least 24 hours for the surface to fully harden. ONLY FOR SALE TO THE UK MAINLAND.
