Zinsser Allcoat Exterior Solvent based Satin Black

Zinsser AllCoat Exterior Satin Solvent Based is an ultimate performance paint, mould resistant, tough finish paint that protects exterior surfaces for up to 15 years, resistant to rain after 1 hour. Can be applied down to 5°C onto wood, metal, masonry, plastic, concrete and cladding and is ideal for airless spray application and perfect for metal and timber clad buildings. It forms a vapour-permeable, low maintenance, water-shedding coating that is re-coatable in 3 hours. Zinsser AllCoat is self-priming and can be applied to previously painted surfaces without sandings, such as glossy paints, bitumen, tar varnish or creosote. For most applications, there is no need for a separate primer. AllCoat gives excellent resistance against cracking, blistering and flaking. Its tough finish is resistant to rain and severe weather and offers excellent colour retention, in addition, the paint contains a biocide to protect the dried coating against fungal degradation. The first coat primes and seals the surface, providing a base for the topcoat. The topcoat completes the sealing process while providing additional moisture resistance and protection. After removing any existing mould and mildew, two coats of AllCoat will ensure that any exterior looks bright and beautiful for years. Fast re-coat time - just 3 hours. Hard dry 16 hours at 20°C (full cure achieved after 7 days). Thinning is not normally required, use white spirit for conventional spray, not more than 10%. Coverage 12m sq. per Litre.
