Mixed/Tinted Paints

Tinted Paints are made to order and are not eligible for (change of mind) returns or exchanges. Due to differences in computer monitors, tinted paint colours can vary from those displayed on screen. We highly recommend purchasing a tester pot if you are unsure of what a colour may look like, before ordering a full can.

Order Cancellation

Customers should contact us immediately if they wish to cancel their order. Orders placed prior to 1pm are dispatched the same day, once goods have been despatched we cannot recall them and delivery will take place. It therefore becomes the customers responsibility to return the order to us undamaged. Please see below, no longer wanted / needed orders.

No longer wanted / needed orders

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a cancellation and return, and a further 14 days to return your item(s) at your cost. Unwanted, no longer needed item(s) must be in an unused and unopened condition to receive a refund. You should ensure that items are intact, in their original packaging and properly protected, and that you use a fully tracked service to ensure safe delivery of your item(s). We cannot accept any responsibility for items that are lost, or damaged upon arrival at our address. Returns made outside of the 28 day returns window may not be accepted, or refunded. 

Damaged, Wrong items and Short delivered orders

Please inspect your order carefully immediately after it has been delivered and ensure that you store the item(s) you have ordered in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. You have a 30-day right to reject and return for a refund any items that are broken or damaged, unusable, not what was advertised or doesn’t match the description. In this case return postage will be reimbursed upon proof of receipt, and any express shipping costs (such as Saturday delivery) will also be reimbursed. In some situations, we may need to send the items to a manufacturer for closer inspection to confirm whether the fault was present when you purchased it.

If you are outside of the 30-day right to reject window and within 6 months of purchase, you must give us the opportunity to repair or replace any damaged, unusable or faulty items. If an attempt at a repair or replacement is unsuccessful a refund will be issued.

If you are outside of 6 Months, the burden is on you to prove that the product was faulty at the time the goods were delivered to you.

Refunds

All goods will be refunded if they are returned to us unused, in their original condition and with their original packaging (not applicable to damaged/wrong items), within 7 working days of receiving your delivery.
