Provides a hard wearing, protective, satin finish based on polyurethane alkyd resins which have been designed to withstand spillage and repeated cleaning. Ideal for use on most concrete and wooden floor areas such as garages, warehouses, workshops and factories, where the application of two coats provide excellent durability.

1 litre will cover approximately 17 square metres, depending on the nature and porosity of the surface.

How should I prepare my surface(s)?

Ensure all floor surfaces to be painted are sound, clean, dry and completely free from oil, grease and polish. New concrete floors should preferably be allowed to mature for several months before painting and the moisture content should be checked before work commences. Concrete surfaces should also be free of dust, grit, cement fines and laitance. Very dense smooth concrete surfaces (such as power floated concrete) normally require to be acid etched before painting in order to promote satisfactory adhesion

How do I apply Leyland Trade Heavy Duty Floor Paint?

Stir well before use. Apply by brush or roller. Apply two coats, allowing overnight drying between coats under normal drying conditions. Apply by brush or roller. To ease application, the first coat may be thinned with up to 5% by volume of White Spirit. The coating is fully cured in 7 days
