Polycell One Coat Stain Stop is a highly pigmented paint that permanently prevents stains from reappearing through paint. It provides one-coat coverage over water stains, grease, nicotine, crayons, rust, and soot. Suitable for use on plaster, concrete, stone, masonry, plasterboard, and wood.
