Zinsser Peel Stop extends the life of problem surfaces, binds cracking, chalking and peeling paint and Glues down cracks and gaps under edges of old paint. Peel Stop is clear and can be used indoors or out to form a breathable membrane over questionable or faulty substrates. Peel Stop bonds to old paint and problem areas forming a sound surface for new paint, forming a tough acrylic film that stays flexible and helps prevent peeling by letting moisture escape. Peel Stop is recommended to prevent peeling, blistering, checking, cracking and flaking on wood siding and trim, yellow pine, rough sawn cedar, textured plywood, chalking or powdering, concrete and concrete block, stucco and galvanized gutters. Touch dry in 60 mins, hard dry in 7-10 days and is re-coatable in 2 hours. Thinning is not recommended. Coverage 1Ltr will cover 7 - 10M sq.
