Rustins Damp Seal

A quick drying interior high performance solvent based paint based on polyester. For covering damp walls and ceilings, water stains and most household stains. Quick drying and can be over coated with gloss or emulsion paint as well as wall paper. It does not cure damp but allows trapped moisture to escape. Not for exterior use. Can be over coated with most oil based and water based paints.
