Rustins Stabilising Solution Clear - 500ml

A water-based acrylic emulsion, which dries to a clear film. For binding and sealing powdery surfaces and lime wash and distemper in both interior and exterior situations prior to decoration. Quick drying. Low odour. Clean brushes in water. Excellent sealing properties. All types of emulsion and masonry paints including Rustins Quick Dry Masonry Paint and Rustins All Surface All Purpose Paint. One coat application.
